I need help removing and replacing the 4x4 acuator cable. on my 2003 chevy blaz

My 4x4 is not shifting from 2wd hi to 4wd hi. I need someone with specific experience with this Chevy blazer vechile and this 4 wd setup. The vacuum actuator is disconnected from the actuator cable ( as the photo shows)and the cable has rough movement I need someone to replace the cable. I have a replacement cable. You must have performed this repair before successfully on this type 2003BLAZER S10 4x4 The vacuum actuator under the battery tray is moving in and out and may be fine but I have a replacement if required FOR CONSIDERATION Please repiy with your name, Tel #, experience, and availability.
