Industry-specific experience is not a pre-requisite. Duties include but are not limited to: Oversee installation of new/refurbished car wash equipment Safely perform repairs or installations in construction/commercial settings, which includes working on ladders, operating equipment, and performing basic lockout/tag out procedures and other OSHA r’qmts Removal/demo of old equipment Field service, maintenance, and repair of car wash systems and equipment including in-bay equipment, entry systems, control systems, and pay stations Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and office team Safe operation of company-provided vehicles and equipment Effectively communicate issues, resolutions, and priorities in a customer-facing role Complete service orders, checklists, task list and time/expense forms as required Perform preventative maintenance with task prioritization and follow-up communication to assure operational needs are met and value is delivered Exercise patience while developing and maintaining relationships Ability to prioritize issues and manage time effectively Some overnight travel is required Minimum Qualifications & Competencies: 3-5+ years of related mechanical trades (plumbing or electrical) or industrial experience Ability to read schematics and technical documents Excellent communication skills Must be able to accomodate flexible work hours with some overnights required Basic computer skills required - data entry, iPad and laptop will be provided Must pass DOT physical and drug test Must be able to lift 50 pounds multiple time throughout day Some mechanical or construction trades experience A safe driving record and mechanical aptitude is required Willingness and ability to learn and computer skills are required A winning attitude, ability to work autonomously and within a team Excellent benefits package includes Silver and Gold medical plan options, dental and life insurance, short and long- term disability, 401(k) with company contribution and profit-sharing.
