The problem with football...

The NFL admits 30% of it's players suffer CTE after retirement. Is this a problem? The amount of compensation that players receive, is enough to cover the risk. NASCAR drivers risk a fiery death, again, for the money. Americans who work in construction, law enforcement, and other dangerous occupations, risk their lives for one reason, money. In all the above examples, there's one common denominator, an attorney, or attorneys, are likely to receive more compensation than the families of a fallen or injured player, driver, cop or construction worker. The point is, all of our issues are brought about by lawyers and money. We have replaced common sense and critical thinking with legal rulings and opinions. Nobody cares if Damar Hamlin plays again! Just as nobody cares if a cop gets killed. If we did care, we would demand steps be taken to prevent future deaths or injury. NOT pay lawyers to seek compensation for families and continue the status quo.
