We are excited to be hosting our first-ever Valentine's Day dinner at The Mill Event Center! We will be pulling out all the stops to make this your most romantic Valentine's Day yet! From live acoustic entertainment to a chef-curated meal, you're guaranteed to have a night to remember. Tables of 2, 4, 6, and 8 will be available if you'd like to share your Valentine's Day with other couples or friends. *Please make a main course selection for each guest during registration. Menu: 1st Course - Appetizer Buffet (A collection of savory bites) 2nd Course - Assorted Greens w/ Oranges, Dried Cherries, & Spiced Pecans with Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette Main Course: Choice #1 - Elegant Beef Tenderloin (Oven roasted to a medium rare) Choice #2 - Chicken Breast w/ Mushrooms & Munster Choice #3 - Vegetarian Lasagne Side Dishes: White and wild rice w/ red and green grapes Roasted vegetable medley Dessert: Creme Brulee or 3 assorted mini cupcakes Drinks: Non-alcoholic drinks and a champagne toast will be included.
