Valerie Barretto, a original singer/songwriter and South Shore native brings her full band to the New World Tavern for Valentines Day weekend. Her storyteller style brings a unique energy to her original shows making them all something memorable. Her music is raw, gritty, and from the heart. Just having released her debut album, “Hurt & Healing” she’s working on promoting the record, playing live, and writing new music so stay tuned! The Pickpockets are a local acoustic cover band with a great energy. You may have caught them playing live around the South Shore. Their acoustic originality makes the Pickpockets something special. Thier sets include singalongs and unconventionally imagined song choices which make them a band worth remembering.
