After being closed for many years, our historic treasure, the Los Gatos Theater is back -- just in time to help celebrate LGEF's 40th Anniversary! To celebrate the grand re-opening, the Los Gatos Theater is having a film night to benefit the Los Gatos Public Schools. All ticket sales proceeds will benefit Los Gatos Education Foundation (K-8 Schools) and the Wildcat Foundation (LGHS), thanks to a generous donation by the Theater operator, Cinelux Theaters and the Gunsky family. (Thank you Gunskys !) A Man Called Otto, starring Tom Hanks, is a critically acclaimed comedy, bittersweet and moving about the power of community to heal past wounds. It's based on the book "A Man Called Ove," by Fredrik Backman. It's PG-13. This showing is for the upstairs lounge, which is couch-style seating. The upstairs lounge ticket will include a small popcorn and fountain drink from the concessions, plus swag and door prizes for attending. Again, all proceeds will benefit the Los Gatos Public Schools. Seating is first come, first served, not assigned. Thank you for supporting our schools. No refunds for this event. Thank you!
