A warehouse employee must be able to work with heavy equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks to move freight from trucks and throughout the warehouse. Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in hot or cool weather. Warehouse employees complete paperwork, ensure tasks are accomplished safely and in a timely manner, and respect their fellow employees. A warehouse employee must be alert, ambitious, hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Able to lift at least 75 lbs., move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time
• Knowledge of operating a forklift
• Handling of freight as directed by management and according to company policy
• Receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return
• Keeping an inventory of all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse
• Identifying any missing, lost or damaged materials and immediately notify the supervisor
• Ensuring that all the merchandise is safely and securely packed and labeled for shipping
• Managing all merchandise with appropriate care
• Meeting company standards, customer timelines and maintaining a safe work environment
• Keep Manager informed regarding conditions in the warehouse, accomplishments, and concerns
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required

Benefits offered after 90 days of employment
Hours:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4pm
Occasional overtime including Saturdays when required by management
