Employer Solutions Services are looking for a skilled and experienced Forklift operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a valid Forklift license and at least 2 years of experience operating a Sit-down Forklift. They will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving and stacking pallets, and general warehouse duties as assigned. They must be able to work independently and be able to lift 50-75 lbs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with the potential for overtime. Location: Medley, Fl Pay: $19/ Hour Schedule: MONDAY- FRIDAY (Flexible on Weekends) Duties & Responsibilities: -consults with clients to assist with their logistics needs and freight movement. -communicates with customers, carriers and truckers on shipments status and/ or delays both verbally and via email often in non- office hours -coordinates movement of freight for clients with vendors and internal departments -enters shipments into our internal systems and issues domestics/ export shipping documents -manages domestics/ exports documentation such as bill of ladings, export bond and sanitary certificates - takes initiative to solve issues as they arrive and ask for help when needed. after hours follow up is occasionally required -establishes and maintains relationship with local vendors High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience operating a Sit-Down Forklift in a warehouse environment Proven ability to safely and efficiently operate a Forklift Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
