Spend a day at WIU with us! The WIU Flute Day offers interactive workshops, masterclasses, and performances. During this event, participants will connect with other flute players, expand their musical knowledge, and share their talents and curiosity with renowned guest artists and pedagogues. Schedule: 8:30: Check-in 8:30 am - 9 am: Welcome Recital 9:00 am - 10:00 am: Warm Up with Sue Gillio 10:10 am - 11:00: Ensemble Rehearsal with Dr. Ko 11:10 - 12:00: Workshop by Dr. Julee Kim Walker 12:00 pm - 1 pm: Lunch (Exhibition) 1 pm - 2 pm: Masterclass with Dr. Conor Nelson 2 - 3 pm: Ensemble Rehearsal with Suyeon Ko 3 - 4 pm: Recital by Dr. Conor Nelson and Dr. Julee Kim Walker 4 pm: Final Flute Ensemble Concert
