Let's join together for an immersive journey. This collaborative event is held by two heart-centered women who carry so much passion and expertise in the healing modalities they bring to the collective. Emily is a multi-instrumental musician and classically trained vocalist with a passion for deepening awareness of the mind, body, and soul complex. With her use of tonal alchemy and sound frequency, Emily creates an ethereal like space, gently guiding others into deep states of consciousness and relaxation. With the accompaniment of quartz sound bowls, drums, and chimes, Emily works with vibrational frequency to aid in the regulation of the central nervous system and stress levels in the physical body.Faith is a certified Trauma-Informed Somatic Breathwork guide. It is her honor and privilege to help guide fellow humans deeply into their bodies through the power of their own breath. With the assistance of sound, movement, and continual breath patterns Faith gently guides breathers into a deep state of consciousness through the regulation of our nervous system. As we land deeply within our body, we are able to access and release trauma, limited beliefs, and old wounds. This gentle and restorative journey will offer each attendee an opportunity to enter a deep state of relaxation to nurture and nourish the mind, body, and soul. Within our journey, we will guide the experience through a mixture of sound, vibration, breath, and vocal guidance as we land exactly where we are to deepen our connection to self.
