This is a must attend meeting as we launch into 2023! Our providers, supporters, and collaborative partners are all leading in turbulent times and Dr. Tim Daughtry returns to help walk us through incredibly important training. This training has been revolutionary for leaders of large and small organizations alike. Dr. Daughtry will talk about the personal challenges of leading organizations during times of change and turbulence. He will cover characteristics of successful leaders and how good leadership can look very different depending on the size and stage of development of the organization. His primary focus will be on understanding how common social stresses can trigger subtle emotional, defensive behaviors in even the brightest and most successful leaders and how awareness of the "shadow side" of our personalities can help us to stay focused on our goals during times of stress and distraction. Additionally, our tech team from Diamondback Advertising will be joining us to share a ground-breaking solution that will allow us to collaborate, refer, connect, and share expertise in a robust and limber manner in 2023. This is a perfect meeting for inviting friends, patients, providers and grass roots organizations that might benefit from the training (inside and outside of medicine).
