Things you may want to bring:
1. Aerobic Platform Step -- Don't have one? We have limited available! Purchase one to rent with your ticket.
2. Towel-- but don't worry! We'll have so much fun, you'll forget you're sweating!
3. Water--Let's stay hydrated!
4. Yoga mat (optional--some people place these under the boards)
5. GOOD ENERGY AND POSITIVE VIBES! -- learning new call outs can be challenging for all of us, but remember to just keep moving!
