Our organization’s vision is to position ourselves to promote economic development and safe housing options, while preserving our local historic and small-town charm. It is our mission to cultivate a plan and acquire the tools our residents and businesses need to revitalize, restore, and rejuvenate Garden City. In celebrating Black History this year we are including all cultures to participate in A Taste Of Culture Food Truck Fundraiser and an Art Contest that will involve students K - !! 2 Grade!! Come and enjoy the different cultures and heritage in Garden City and why not do it through food? The Taste of Culture Food Truck Food Truck Event will be held on February 11, 2023, at the Savannah Farmers Market 701 US-80 Savannah Ga, 31408. Funds from this event will be to repair and/or replace 15 roofs in Garden City. This event is supported by the Garden City Homestead Association and is also dedicated to the rehabilitation and revitalization of our Garden City communities.
