Experienced Female Vocalist and Drummer Looking to form a Cover Band for 1-2 X a month playing out. Looking for Bass and Guitar to round out an old fashioned Classic Rock Band. Looking to do 60's-70's-80's and 90's. Looking to work for the love of playing, so only looking to do a few paid gigs and month. Do a pretty even mix of male and female ROCK songs. Tend to gravitate towards upbeat and up tempo with only a few slow tunes and Drummer Breathers. Our song list has Led Zeppelin, Heart, Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Tom Petty, Stevie Nicks, The Who, Creedence, Melissa, Everclear, Concrete Blonde, Talking Heads, Stone Temple Pilots, Toadies, The Cult, U2, Peter Gabrielle and a whole host in between, also throw some Blues Tunes in there and of course the occasional Beatles. Not really into the Rush / Styx / Air Supply / Foreigner music, although it is not a deal breaker if you want to do a few of those. I do percussion instruments, and very basic keyboard, but I am primarily a front vocalist and I have a drummer already. We live on the East Side of the bay, Riverview which is the area we rehearse in. Looking to play locally in the Brandon/Riverview Area as well as travel down to the Bradenton area for gigs.
