Instead Andalusian's drink dry, crisp wines made from the local Palomino grape in a myriad of magical ways from frsh and crisp to lush and nutty!Palomino's ability to maintain higher-than normal acidty as it ripens in the arid chalky plains of Jerez's vineyards makes for some incredible alchemy in immense Bodegas which age the wines for years under a yeast-cap that keeps that maintains the wines naturally. In this Seminar we will explore the terrain of Jerez and discuss the main stules of PALOMINO wines and taste, side by side those styles- FINO; MANZANILLA, AMONTILLADO, OLOROSO and a few more! We are hosting a limited-engagement pop-up at J's Bottle Shop to bring a new spin on some of our most well-attended and favorite seminars. What happens after this we can't say. Do I need to sign up for all of them? Sure! But you don't have to- each one is a self-contained individual wine-tasting seminar with a specific theme. We don't encourage it- seating is very limited in what is a small-ish room and we rather leave the most comfortable spots for our paying and wine tasting guests. Can I bring my own wine glasses?
