Kenzington Condominiums 2601 Kenzie Terrace Minneapolis, MN 55418 Maintenance Technician We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to support our Senior Condominium community in St. Anthony, MN. This maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment, after-hours emergencies, and grounds as needed. The schedule includes; -80 hours every two weeks -Full time day shifts -No weekends! -Benefit Eligible: Managed by Ebenezer, Kenzington Condominium is a 150-unit HOA condo building for 55-year old and up, located in the heart of Saint Anthony, MN close to the bus stop, Hwy 36 and 35 W, and The U of MN. Senior residents enjoy a maintenance-free lifestyle in a condominium they own, plus access to numerous amenities. Ebenezer provides an onsite office manager, maintenance supervisor, and 24/7 front desk attendant service. Responsibilities/Job Description -Repairs and maintains work orders for homes and community spaces -Keeps grounds and walkways free from obstructions including snow removal. -Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment Qualifications Preferred: -One to three years previous experience in a similar environment -Vocation/Technical training preferred -Ability to work independently as well as part of a team -Desire to work with older adults Please Apply When you come to work at Ebenezer, we promise to support your growth, honor your strengths and empower you to make a difference in the lives of others.
