This year our Shamrock Showdown competition will have four divisions: RX M/M, RX F/F, Scaled M/M and Scaled F/F. Keep a close eye out on our instagram ( @EliteFitness256) because in the next weeks leading up to the competition date, we will be announcing workouts one at a time just to keep you on your toes. Top finishers of each division will reap the benefits of their hard work with podium prizes and a CASH percentage payout based on participation in the event. Did we mention CASH?!
