Custodian needed to a clean commercial kitchen space on Saturday or Sundays for four to five hours. The schedule is flexible so custodian can choose the time but the work must be done over the weekend. Responsibilities include: mopping, oven cleaning, microwave wipe-down, equipment wipe-down, the cleaning of two bathrooms, and cleaning of high touch areas such as door handles and equipment controls. The kitchen is two years old and is very clean so there is no/little catching up to do.
