I need a installer with some experienced installing windows, and can cap windows with metal, I'll pay 20.00 an hour, if you possess this much skill, if not pay is based on experience, and skill (mostly skill). You must be dependable to make it to work, tools(basic hand tools, 24 in level, cordless drill, Sawzall, pouch, no cheap tools), a desire to do a professional job in a timely manner, I make more, you make more. My business is starting it's 7th year, It has grown every year. Steady work, good pay, I can't afford benefits, but more money is what I offer.
