Hi! I’m looking for a private tattoo artist that can do a hand tattoo for me. I know a lot of tattoo artists do not do hand tattoos but I was wanting to know if there was anyone who could do it for me. Already have a design in mind. If you can’t do the hand at least the knee. Thanks!
