McKinnon Home Buyers is seeking a motivated individual to be a part of our team. The individual will conduct site visits, video walkthroughs, install lock boxes, and manage property inspections and showings. There is no try -Integrity - We do what we say and say what we do -Teamwork - We work together to get things done Responsibilities: -Conduct property site visits and take pictures and videos of houses using a camera and smartphone -Fill out a simple inspection report. -Upload photos, videos, and reports to our Google Drive -Buy and install lockboxes on properties and manage access -Manage property inspections and showings Qualifications: -Proficiency with a camera and smartphone -Understanding of Google Drive or cloud-based hosting -Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills -Strong communication and customer service skills -Ability to work independently and manage time effectively We are a highly experienced home buying team that is focused on helping homeowners sell their homes fast.
