Deck framers/Carpenters

I’m looking to hire two people that have some framing and/or deck building experience. The ideal person would need some general knowledge of this trade and be able to listen and follow directions as they are given to you. I have full time work and there is definitely room for advancement for the right people as we have 82 decks/porches to build as of today and more coming in regularly. My requirements are simple but firm: Must have at least, general experience. 1-2 year’s minimum on site and working. Must have basic hand tools, nail bag, etc. I supply the power and bigger equipment. You MUST have transportation to and from the site. If you have a drinking or drug problem, like heroin or meth, don’t bother. I’m not dealing with it. Simple as that. Don’t half ass your work. You WILL fix it for free. Pay rate will be determined by your experience in the field and your daily performance on the job. We can agree to a base starting pay but it’s up to you whether it goes up or down.
