Cleaning Subcontractor

I am looking for someone to work with me as a subcontractor in the cleaning business. Approximately 15 hours per week. $25. per hour. Saturdays starting between 4 to 5 in the morning. Saturday will be a full day (8 hours). Mondays and Tuesdays starting between 4 to 5 in the morning. Mondays and Tuesdays will be approximately 3 hours per day. If the arrangement works out, there could be more hours available. This is hard work, floor washing/bathroom cleaning/garbage/glass cleaning/dusting/general cleaning in big buildings. You must be honest, sober,with an excellent work ethic. You MUST come to work on the agreed upon days. You must be capable of working hard, on your own, with little supervision. You will need your own vehicle, be able to speak and understand English, as this is the only language I know, and you will need references. This is a good opportunity for the right person, but it is not right for everyone. Serious candidates only need apply. I have been in business for 30 years, absolutely no BS will be tolerated. I need a partner, not a problem.
