Our screen printing shop is growing and we're looking to add on to our team! Looking for a print shop helper. Experience ok but not necessary. Shop Helper Duties: -On your feet all day -Pull shirts off the print press -Take screen down from press/scrape ink -Lifting and moving boxes -Counting in orders -Counting out and packing finalized orders -Heat pressing -Training how to print down the road -Watch for mistakes, Quality Control -Dryer Temp etc You will be working directly under our Lead Screen Printer who's main language is Spanish so bilingual is a big plus, and he will not train a slow or lazy person so if you re looking for a cushy relaxed job, this isn't it. If you're looking to hustle and be a part of a really positive team work environment and be able to move up and learn more and more as we grow, you're looking in the right place. You will be around light printing chemicals and spray adhesives along with getting your hands dirty scraping ink from screens etc. We drive a deadline based, fast paced schedule in a semi professional and relaxed environment. We do multiple styles of garment embellishing like screen printing, sublimation, dtg, dtf, embroidery, patches, relabeling etc etc etc for making clothing brands for retail stores, Merch for bands, uniforms for bars and restaurants etc. We will pay hourly plus we also offer commission for jobs brought in by our employees. MUST HAVE: -A GOOD ATTITUDE -DEPENDABILITY and show up daily and on time -Reliable transportation -Attention to details -Willingness to learn and listen -Team Player -Energy (we are on our feet and moving all day long!)
