Apply Here - Full Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repairs in apartments and common areas Complete assigned tasks related to unit remodeling Use hand tools and power tools effectively Perform physical labor (i.e. lifting of equipment or heavy materials) Participate in an on-call rotation General cleaning throughout the community Requirements and Qualifications Work history as a maintenance technician and/or remodeler Hands on experience with carpentry, electrical and plumbing Familiar with all phases of remodeling Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Education and Experience General maintenance: 3 years+ Minor plumbing and electrical Tiling Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Buffalo, NY 14221: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Landscaping: 1 year (Preferred) English: 1 year (Preferred)
