Tobi has been missing since New Year's Eve. He is a miniature Husky. Between 35-45 pounds. He was taken out of his guardian's car in the South Side. Please do not chase. Contact . He is a loved family member and the family is heartbroken without him. No collar but he is microchipped. Any information will be helpful.
