Bay Contracting Services LLC is looking for General Contractors, Independent Vendors, Sub-contractors, and Handymen for property maintenance services. Weekly Pay: Net Pay 7 days (via ACH) upon completion of work and submitting photos. Express payments via Zelle is available too. We also make phone sale for pricey materials. Work Includes but not limited to 1. Drywall/Sheetrock 2. Paint Job 3. Mold Treatment 4. Plumbing 5. Electrical 6. Roofing 7. Flooring 8. Appliance repair/replace 9. Bathtub re-glaze, replace 10. Asphalt/Mortar/cement jobs 11. Pressure washing 12. Window repair/installation 13. Maid Service 14. Trash Out 15. Pool maintenance 16. Landscaping 17. Snow removal 18. Lock change 19. Other repair jobs Requirements: 1. Have General Liability Insurance 2. Own equipment, transportation, and tools to perform work. **Truck and Trailer, Lawn equipment, Generator, air compressor and winterization equipment, Smartphone/ Tablet with Data Plan, Basic hand tools, Locks, etc. Expectations: Good communication (call from site as we do on-site approvals), timely submission, and quality work.
