FTI PERFORMANCE is looking to hire multiple positions. 1. Shipping, painting and receiving--This job requires you to paint toque converters, box, ship and receive them using our computer system. Must have computer skills and be mechanically inclined. Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds. 2. Cut open lathe operator--This job requires you to cut open torque converters using a manual lathe. This is a dirty job and requires the ability to pay close attention to what you are doing. Lathe experience is not necessary but would be a bonus. Must be able to lift 50 plus pounds. 3. Lathe operator--Must have experience operating manual lathes and can hold tight tolerances. This job would be assisting in building new torque converters. All of these jobs are on a 4 ten schedule 7-6 Monday-Thursday with possibility of overtime when needed on Fridays. After 90 days there is health, dental and vision insurance. 401k with a 3% match and PTO
