General Job Description Technician will perform Gutter cleaning, Window cleaning, House washing, Power washing Not afraid of Heights Love working outdoors, hands on projects Customer service oriented Teachable and willing to learn all aspects of the business Maintain a positive attitude Able to lift 75 + lb. ladders as needed Minimum 21 yrs. Old Valid Drivers Licence Job Responsibilities 1.Be to work 10-15 minutes before morning meeting and/or designated arrival time. 2.Participate in company meetings. 3.Completely fill out route logs, work-orders, load lists, check-off lists and other related paperwork. 4.Perform necessary cleaning services to Windows Gutters Etc. Of NY clients that reflect company, industry and safety standards. 5.Perform daily maintenance on trucks, equipment and accessories. 6.Responsible for operating and securing equipment safely. Performance/Rating Cleaning Technician will have performance rated in the following areas… 1.Number of days on time compared with acceptable company standard (no more than 1 per month) 2.100% attendance. 3. 0% lost equipment. Note: Bonuses are offered for achieving performance standards. Bonuses are only paid if you are still employed by the company at the time the check is issued. Checks are paid by the 2nd Friday of the following mouth. See Compensation below. Compensation Cleaning Technician compensation will be as follows… Paid training $ 20.00 per hour. After trained - Tech get a % of job when he is on his own. All extra sales will be paid as follows: 10%. - If you refer someone. (NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY) Bonus Items Technician will have performance rated in the following areas… Number of days on time compared with acceptable company standard (One/Per). $100.00 per month. 100% attendance. $100.00 per month.
