Need help TILING 20 sqft.

Hi! I’m looking for help finishing up approx. 20 sqft of tiling in my mud room. The ground is level for the tiles, and I have the 12x12 inch tiles, a big bucket of acrylpro, tile spacers, and a carbide cutting bit for oscillating saw that should cut through tile for sizing. I can pick up any other materials that would be necessary prior to the start of the gig, and I’d like this to be completed within one full morning or evening. Photos attached.
