What you'll be doing: We load and unload furniture and boxes into customer provided rental moving trucks or trailers. You don't have to drive the truck, just load and unload it tightly and safely. Sometimes you'll just be moving furniture around within someone's home. Every move is unique, so you're never going to get bored. Pay and Perks: Flexible work schedule. Since we work when the jobs come in (Monday-Saturday), if there are days of the week that don't work for you, you can have those days off as we are flexible. Got a thing going on? We can work with you! Sundays are always off. No overnight travel. You also get holidays off, so you can rest and spend time with your family. You can make up to $100 or more a day in cash-money tips from our customers! You are guaranteed 2 hours each day you come into work on time, even if you crack off the move and get to go home in less time. You get $16/hour on your weekly check, plus a monthly on-time/dependability bonus equivalent to an extra $2/hour for each hour worked for the month as long as you're on time and dependable, thus bringing your total compensation to $18/hour. Plus we give a dollar an hour raise after 60 days Plus ANOTHER dollar an hour raise if you have a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record to be approved by our company insurance to drive our company cargo vans.
