PAINTER FOR PANEL DOORS

My house is 123 years old and has beautiful panel doors however they are a pain to maintain. Some of them develop vertical cracks in the paint (see pic) and I've had different feedback: the paint was applied over varnish OR the panels expand and contract in the frame and this is what happens. No one seems to know. I want someone with pride in work and attention to detail to sand the doors, prep and prime them. I'm thinking of using latex instead of alkyd paint because it would be more flexible and less likely to crack. House is near the loop; I can help with a ride if needed. Pay depends on your background and skills. Nice work environment.....will provide food and pleasant atmosphere. It would be helpful if you can work also at night but it's not a deal breaker. Nice work gets well tipped. Six doors are involved....not a big job. It would be great if you could provide a picture of your work.
