*RESUME IS A PLUS!!! We are seeking a Janitor/Custodian/Maintenance worker with exceptional customer service to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment at our 2 high-rise 52+ apartment buildings, located in West Warwick. Responsibilities: -Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition -Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs -Perform routine maintenance tasks -Organize custodial closets and spaces -Maintain working conditions of cleaning equipment -Being On-Call during the week & weekends (On rotation w/ fellow coworkers) ​ Qualifications: -Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields (HUD experience is a PLUS) -Ability to handle physical workload -Strong attention to detail -Strong organizational skills -Must live no more than 15 miles away -Must have valid driver's license & auto insurance -Reliable transportation We are offering: -Competitive Salary w/ OT Compensation -Excellent healthcare & dental benefits -Generous PTO & Holiday Pay -401(K) & Match
