Things you clearly do not know: "*Joe Biden had the classified and top-secret documents for at least 6 years or more." Biden had them while a public servant and did NOT take them with him when he left office, as did Trump. "*Biden knew about them, even though he acted 'surprised'." False. We do not 'know' this as it is pure speculation. Biden's legal team has cooperated openly, unlike Trump who still refuses to cooperate and has taken multiple legal actions to not cooperate. "* Biden's classified documents were discovered 6 days BEFORE the Mid-term elections, but they were kept quiet until now. - By WHOM?" Again, pure speculation. But if they were intentionally kept quiet, legal action should be taken against ANYONE who hoards classified material, as Trump has done for more than a year. "* Biden moved the documents at least twice over the years. Obviously, he knew about the documents this is no mystery." Nope. "* Penn-Biden organization stored some of the documents in a 'locked closet', however a lot of people had keys to that closet, even janitors." If all these people had keys, why didn't anyone find the documents, including janitors? An office closet is nowhere near as nefarious as hidden Mar-A-Lago areas, where virtually anyone had access. "* Penn State U. received donations of over $30 MILLION from China, immediately after Joe Biden formed the Penn/Biden group." Penn State University and the University of Pennsylvania are two distinct institutions. "* It is entirely possible that Chinese operatives could have had access to that 'locked closet'." It is entirely possible that lizard aliens had access to it as well. Two things you may want to note, when you hear people say Biden's document situation is 'different' than Trumps: "1) As president, Donald trump had the authority to move classified documents, or even declare them to be "de-classified" if he wanted to." False. Trump had and has absolutely no authority to move classified documents or declare them declassified. That is a lie that he has promoted, and you have swallowed. "2) As V. P., Biden had NO authority to move or keep documents outside of government buildings. Everything Biden did was illegal from the start." True. But Biden did not move the documents. They remained in an office designated to him as VP. YOU do not decide what is legal or illegal, the DOJ will decide that. Moving classified documents from the White House to a private residence is far more illegal and, given the sheer volume of documents Trump stole, he is clearly in far deeper legal jeopardy.
