Floor sanding and sealing wood floor

I have three bedrooms, a hallway and a living room that needs to be sanded and sealed. The square foot is aprox. 900 square feet. I need help completing this task. I’ve never done this before and I’m neededing help and guidance. I preferably want to find someone who has done this before and is knowledgeable. I can pay by the hour or by the task depending on who responds to this email.
