What could be better than a Pure Barre class? One that is only 30 minutes, free, and in a bar!
We are excited to join forces with our friends at Prime Taphouse to invite anyone and everyone to take a free 30 minute Pure Barre class--and of course stay for beer, food, and conversation afterwards.
Pure Barre is a low-impact, full body workout that combines small ranges of motion with flexibility and balance training. You'll get a little 30 minute peek into what PB is all about! Only 10 spots are available so grab your "ticket" and meet us at the bar(re)!
WHAT TO BRING:
--water bottle
--ideally socks with "grippy" bottoms, although regular socks will work
--yoga mat/exercise mat
--weights or wrist weights if desired, but not required
--most importantly, a fun attitude because that's literally the point
