FLORIDA WING and DESSERT BATTLE, A Blazing Affair & Sweet Affair!2023 starts off with the biggest and most anticipated BATTLES; The BEST WINGS and BEST DESSERTS! After raving reviews we would like to invite you to the 2nd Annual Battle throw down inside Sanborn Square Park in downtown Boca Raton, FL on Saturday, February 25th, 2023. The Chef Competition takes place in a beautiful historic park setting located along Federal Highway just north of Palmetto Park Road and south of Mizner Park / Mizner Park Amphitheater. The Florida Wing and Dessert Battle invites Grill Master Chefs and Pastry Chefs throughout South Florida to compete at the annual charity competition. We scout out to find the Best Chefs who are adventurous at creating the best wing recipe and best dessert recipe as preparations for the 2nd Annual Blazing & Sweet Affair are well underway. Each hand-picked chef will create their culinary masterpieces and present them to a prestige table of Grill Master and Dessert Master Judge's which will include well known "wing connoisseurs" and "sweet treat freaks". The Judges' will determine which contender's wings is deserving of 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Best Grill Master and 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Best Sweets Master awards while guests vote with their wooden chip for "People's Choice" to hold the title as Best Florida Battle Wings and Best Florida Battle Desserts. Our South Florida charity event brings the community together to enjoy a "Grilling in the Park" theme and showcases the best burgers in Florida. It also includes additional Bites! and Unlimited Beer, Wine and Spirits. This affair takes place outside in a park setting on Saturday, February 25th, 2023, from 6 PM for VIPs and 7 PM for General Admission and runs until 10 PM.
