Immediate opening for healthy nonsmoking professional intelligent male for part-time houseman for masculine gay male couple's home. We mentioned our orientation so everyone is comfortable and not to waste anyone's time and no other reason. We seek assistance of a professional intelligent male who is a self-starter with excellent time and task management who does not need micro-management to meticulously maintain our home. The tasks involved with this position are the normally expected tasks of a person who has a healthy balanced lifestyle including; well-maintained home environment neat, clean, and organized at all times (someone diligent in cleaning process of home, tools and equipment used for cleaning, proper laundry process with clothes being washed, dried, and put away, healthy and properly timed meal preparation and service (planning menus, shopping, food preparation, timely and effective served meals. We work out of our home and our office downtown and this position also requires couriering items and files from our home to our office and to our client’s offices so this position requires a professional appearance and demeanor as you are representing us and our company in the process of these couriering tasks. Other errands include dropping off and picking up dry cleaning as well as picking up other supplies needed and the compassionate pet care for our two loved small pets. Requirements Of This Position: nonsmoking, dependable vehicle, clean driving record & background and drug free. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8 AM to 4 PM.
