Whether you've been preparing for roller derby since you first saw it on TV years ago, or if your new year's resolution is to step out of your comfort zone, IT'S TIME! CT Roller Derby is hosting our first New Skater Bootcamp of 2023! Hosted by the active skaters of CTRD. this bootcamp is an on-skates program providing attentive training to prepare attendees to join our league or just have fun! You will learn the basic skills of roller derby that will be assessed during the last practice in order to prepare participants for tryouts. Cost is $100* for all 8 weeks and includes tryout cost. Skates and full safety gear are required to participate and available to rent for a $40 fee, half returned upon program completion**.
