Description

Looking for someone who is handy to be a maintenance tech at an Apartment Community on East Side of Columbus. Must have some knowledge of handy man experience and able to work well with others and have your own basic tools. This is a full time position with paid sick time, vacation time, health insurance and a 401K program with a match. General duties are day to day work orders including minor plumbing, electric, changing out hardware, faucets, outlets, lights, and some carpentry repairs.
