Compensation: Hourly Base - $20-$30/hr Bonus/Profit Sharing Retirement Plan with Company Match Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance Year Round Work Professional Development Advancement Opportunities Description: Train, develop, & motivate a crew of installers for residential and commercial hardscape projects. Provide onsite, hands-on leadership for a safe, productive, & rewarding workplace. Hold oneself accountable and provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, & colleagues. Proactively maintain shop, vehicles & equipment. Schedule: Monday – Friday, daytime hours Regular schedule so you can maintain work/life balance Year around work Experience: Minimum of 3 year Supervisory of hardscape crew(s) Minimum of 3 years Hardscape installation Minimum of 3 years operating heavy equipment (skid loaders, dump trucks/trailers, excavator)
