Join us for a Mardi Gras pasta making class with Pasta Lab! Owner Michael Gardner will deliver a fun experience teaching you how to make Mardi Gras doubloon pasta at home through a hands-on experience! Learn while enjoying pasta a dinner of doubloon pasta with shrimp & andouille and tricolor fettuccine with pesto & chicken with wine pairings with Gerrod Brasseux, as well as king cake for dessert! Prizes will be given and a local small business market will be available for shopping during intermission and after the event!
