Life is enriched by your ability to sense the world around you! The more you develop your senses, the greater your connection to life and the world around you. You use your physical senses to explore and interact with the physical world around you. This allows us to perceive only a small fraction of the world around us. In fact, research shows that we are aware of less than 1% of the world around us. How much more could you become aware of if you were able to increase your ability to sense and perceive? We are each born with 5 spiritual senses in addition to our 5 physical senses. This means you have access to 10 senses in which to expore the world. The problem is that most of us have forgotten how to use the spiritual senses as their growth and development are not encouraged in our modern culture. The good news is that you can choose to work on your perception of these senses increasing your awareness, connection to spirit, intuition and development of your gifts. This is an experiencal workshop so you are going to get way more than just basic knowledge or mind candy! You will be lead through each exercise so that you can use them to continue to develop your senses, strengthen them and build your awareness in a safe and comfortable way. With daily practices at home, you can develop all of your spiritual senses and have a richer experience of life. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Learn about the spiritual senses and brain wave states necessary to help you access your gifts. Experience your spiritual senses with three 11 minute exercises to increase your intuitive ability to see (Clairvoyance), hear (Clairaudience), and feel (Clairsentience). HOW TO PREPARE Come dressed in comfortable clothing. Bring a notebook and writing utensil to journal your experience. Writing down your experience helps you to retain your experience and monitor your progress.
