This program is designed to transform your relationship with stress, open pathways to better health, & get enjoyment of life. Mindfulness helps us pay attention to our life moment by moment. We can learn to adopt a perspective toward our life that rests on curiosity, reducing anxiety or fear so that we are more fully present to our life for ourselves & our loved ones.
