3 story office building in Missouri City /janitor to prepare the office nightly so it is ready and clean the next morning. We will train you to become a dental sterilization technician as part of the job. -5 Days a week. - Hours are 9am-6pm with a 1 hour break - Wage: $15 per hour Must be at least 18 years old. Must have experience in cleaning. Be authorized to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation. Background check required. Have a great, positive attitude Drug-free Hard worker and trustworthy Duties and Responsibilities: Use our cleaning supplies to perform all tasks which include but are not limited to: 1. Emptying Trash 2. Dusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tables 3. Dusting all exposed surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, etc. 4. Cleaning all glass and mirrors 5. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, there is 4 sets of men's and women's restrooms 6. Vacuuming and mopping floors 7. Weekly detailed office cleaning 8. Arrive at work location at the scheduled time 9. Comply with all company policies and procedures. Skills Required: -Detail oriented - Friendly and Professional - Willing to accept new challenges Education, Certifications and/or Experience: - Experience in a service environment is preferred, but not required. Work Demands Requirements: - Physical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling to clean floors by hand, pushing and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects (including 20 lb vacuum), repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements. - Traveling to and from our location is required, reliable transportation required. -Uniforms are provided and must be worn during work hours. - Must be willing to consent to background and drug screening.
