Hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians. Candidate must have hands-on experience in apartment setting performing service requests, completing make-readies, and performing maintenance and repairs. • Troubleshoot and perform all necessary repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and electrical. • Performs maintenance tasks personally and requests help or instructions when needed. • Removes and transfers heavy appliances and equipment from storage area to apartment as needed. Assists in moving abandoned furniture, appliances, etc., to a dumpster when necessary. • Purchases repair parts and saves receipts as proof of purchase, as needed for repair jobs. Qualifications: • Maintenance experience in a Residential and/ or Multifamily Housing Setting. • Knowledge of basic Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing, & drywall repair required • Possesses basic knowledge in Painting procedures • Must have own basic tools: screw drivers, hammer, tape measure Power Tools: Grinder, sander, drill, saws, etc. We will provide specialty tools when needed. • EPA certificate to handle refrigerants preferred, but not required • Air conditioning repair experience preferred, but not required • Knowledge of Appliance Repair preferred, but not required Both full-time and part-time positions available. Work schedule is Monday-Friday 9 AM-5:30 PM, no weekends or on-call required.
