Local community members (AKA: Caldwell Chefs) will showcase their favorite dish to be served as samples from their decorated booth to the guests of the event. The category of dishes will be salad, appetizer, side, main, soup/chili, or dessert.  Guests can visit the Chefs' booths to enjoy a sample of their savory cuisine.  After sampling, guests may vote on their favorite dish based on the specific category. The guest may also vote on their favorite decorated booth! A silent auction will be available during the evening….. competitive bidders welcome!  A cash bar will also be available at the EXPO center.
