Dr. Phillips is the author of "White Metropolis: Race, Ethnicity, and Religion in Dallas, 1841–2001" and we will be discussing the book and more. Dallas TRHT will also be providing lunch and a copy of Dr. Phillip's book to all that register and are in attendance. The event will be followed by a book signing.
