Paul R Henry, real estate appraiser, will be educating us on the appraisal process. Helene & Stephanie will host exp explained and do a short Q&A during lunch. We are currently looking for a sponsor for this event. Sponsors have the opportunity to speak for 15 minutes at the end of the event and hand out marketing materials. If they're able to tie into the featured topic that is preferable but not mandatory. Sponsors are featured in event marketing and are provided with the contact info of attendees covering the cost of lunch for the event which is typically $300 +/- Lunch options will be: Double Decker Club (turkey, ham, bacon, lemon mayo, lettuce, tomato, swiss, on sourdough) Seasonal Berry Salad (seasonal berries, spinach-arugula blend, chevre, almonds, pecans, citrus vinaigrette) Cheese Burger (Local Brasstown Beef Burger, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and ketchup) *can be substituted for house made garbanzo & black bean veggie burger*
