Looking to hire 1 experienced person ASAP. We have lots of work and are booked into March at this point. We are an easy going and easy to work with family business. Our main focus is painting (interior and exterior), LVP flooring installation and drywall work (patches, popcorn removal, texturing, etc.). We offer other services as well, carpentry and more, so if you have additional skills that would be a plus. We prefer to hire 1 person who is EXPERIENCED in all 3 trades, painting, LVP flooring installation and drywall work, but we may consider hiring experienced tradesmen without all 3 trades. Can start as early as this Friday January 13 but Monday January 16 at the latest. You MUST have the following 1. Your own vehicle. Some jobs are remote, and we sometimes service Tampa, so a bus pass and bicycle will not do. 2. A good working cell phone. 3. Some of your own tools. You do not need to be all tooled up, but please at least have the basics. 4. EXPERIENCE! Sorry but we do not have the time to train. How we pay. We pay on a 10-99 basis. You will need a valid ID and Social Security Number. We pay every Friday or whenever a job is completed, whichever comes first. We cannot pay every day. Show up and know a little, you are at $15 per hour to start. Show up and do good you are somewhere between $16 an $20 an hour. Show up, do a great job you are somewhere between $20 and $23 an hour Be a superstar with all your own tools and we can start you at $25 an hour We also offer cash bonuses based upon production. We work Monday - Saturday 8:30AM - 4:30PM and include a 30-minute paid lunch break. You do NOT have to work 6 days a week, but you can if you want to. On that note, WE decide how much you are worth on your 1st day (usually within the first 1-2 hours after you show up). YOU do not dictate how much we pay you, but your skill set, and work ethic does! If you demand a minimum pay above $15 per hour to start, we will not reply to you. If you require more than $25 per hour to start, we will NOT be able to accommodate you.
